Great sales but expensive service costs. Bought my car from Pat last year and couldn't have been happier, he's a gentleman and I absolutely love my Vitara. I was told if I bring my car back for service with them for 7 years they would give me a 7 year warranty. Went back for my first service today and got the shock of my life with the prices 🫣, oil change and filter was €249 (Labour was €143.75), I was then advised I needed new spark plugs, air filter, pollen filter and brake fluid which would cost an extra €380.95 😬 then I was advised I need two new front tyres, one thread depth was measuring 3.2 and the other 4, quoted another €240, I couldn't afford it all so just got my oil done and was told I'm no longer under warranty. It's great if you can afford to go to the main dealership for service but with the cost of living I think people might struggle with these prices.

Recently purchased an Ignis. The service and professionalism was fantastic from Pat 11/10. His commitment to customer satisfaction was outstanding he really goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back.
