​I bought my car from Jim at Bright Cupra Airside 3 years ago, and I cannot recommend him enough. We originally walked in off the street without an appointment, and Jim immediately took care of us professionally. He arranged a test drive on the spot and worked out a fantastic finance deal for us, including a great trade-in price on our old car. ​What really stood out back then was how he treated our family. Our children were full of energy during the handover, but Jim was amazing—he made them hot chocolate, gave them branded hats, and chatted with them while we signed the paperwork. ​Recently, after having terrible experiences with other dealers closer to home, Jim came to the rescue again. I was having gearbox issues; one dealer actually made it worse, and another cancelled on me last minute after quoting a huge price just for a diagnosis. I went back to Jim at Airside, and he helped without hesitation. He brought a mechanic straight out, we discussed the issue, and they performed the gearbox update I asked for. ​It only took an hour, and the car is running perfectly again. If it wasn't for Jim, my Christmas mission would have failed. I love my car, but if it weren’t for Jim and his professionalism, I would have lost faith in Cupra/SEAT dealers in Dublin. Thank you, Jim! If not you mine Christmas Mission would fail. Thanks to you Jim I could drive with my Christmas Car without any hesitations and worries that gearbox break down.
