Just purchased a new Cupra from Karl. From the minute we walked in to the showroom to the day we drove the car out Karl was brilliant. He is extremely knowledgeable on all his cars. Always there for us and 100 percent helped us choose the right car for us. He kept us constantly updated on the wait for our car. When we went to collect the car he explained everything in detail and sat in the car with us for an hour. He has since been in touch to make sure everything is going well and has even offered to call to our house if we need clarification on anything if we could not sort it out over the phone.
