I recently bought a car from the Citroën Cupra showroom in Airside and had a great experience with Karl as my salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. No pressure, just honest advice and excellent service. Karl made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him if you're visiting the showroom!

Just purchased a new Cupra from Karl. From the minute we walked in to the showroom to the day we drove the car out Karl was brilliant. He is extremely knowledgeable on all his cars. Always there for us and 100 percent helped us choose the right car for us. He kept us constantly updated on the wait for our car. When we went to collect the car he explained everything in detail and sat in the car with us for an hour. He has since been in touch to make sure everything is going well and has even offered to call to our house if we need clarification on anything if we could not sort it out over the phone. We couldn't have asked for a better experience while purchasing a car. 5 Star. Thank you Karl

Just picked up my car from Bright Cupra Airside. Thanks to Karl for a great customer experience and taking the time to show me how everything works. I would definitely recommend Karl if you’re upgrading your car or indeed buying a new one. 5 * from me

I visited on a Saturday with a trade-in and asked for a quote. The salesperson basically told me, "I know how much your car is worth, but we need to make a margin, so you’ll get this much — that’s it." No room for conversation or proper engagement, just take it or leave it. I was told I'd receive a quote by Monday. That didn’t happen. I followed up on Wednesday and was told someone would call me Thursday. On Thursday, I was told again I’d get the PCP quote the next day — which, of course, never came. I had to chase again before finally receiving the quote via email nearly two weeks later. When I replied to that email with follow-up questions no response. At all. Really disappointing experience. Shockingly poor customer service and communication throughout. Unless you’ve decided you’re not interested in selling cars anymore, this kind of treatment is hard to justify.
