I brought my car here last week for it's first service since purchasing. I had a great experience with James when booking it in for a service. He accommodated me with a courtesy car as I had an appointment with my son that morning and was able to return at my convenience. I was happy with my service report and video that got emailed to me as soon as my service was done and a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service. He helped me transfer my belongings from the courtesy car to my own car in the lashings of rain. I would highly recommend bright Hyundai airside swords. James is a lovely person to deal with and makes sure the job is done right. Thank you bright Hyundai swords.
Just collected my car from Conor . From the start to finish Conor was great - helped Me with all My questions and picking a car - spent time going through all the car - super customer service and well recommended Conor if you want a new or old car ! I did have a small issue after but rang and it was sorted very quickly thanks To Molly in the service department also she is very helpfully - well recommended !
Had a really good experience with bright Hyundai airside. Melanie and molly were both super helpful and very responsive. The car was left in great condition and the video of the service being done/ health check was a brilliant touch.
I first emailed to enquire about buying a car, but I was simply sent a form in a very uninterested manner. Then I called by phone and was told that someone would get back to me, but nobody called. After that, I personally visited the branch. This time, I was given a finance application form and told to fill it out at home and send it by email. This is the 11th car I have purchased in Ireland, and 8 of them were bought through car finance. I can honestly say this was the most uninterested sales representative I have ever dealt with. Normally, when someone comes to you to buy a €50,000 car, you at least offer them a cup of tea, ask how they are, and try to provide proper customer service. Unfortunately, the level of sales approach, training, and customer relations was extremely poor. I was not happy with the service provided by Virgil Fagan.
My car had its annual service at Bright hyundai Airside last Friday. The staff at the reception desk were very polite, friendly and efficient . The service was carried out and they contacted me in relation you a few items which the mechanic recommended to have done. All work completed in a little over 3 hour. All in all good job.
