Bought a Mercedes CLA 180 the week before Christmas & dealt with Sean, who was an absolute gentleman, the customer service i received from Sean was second to none, he even organised for my new car to be delivered to my home in Co Kerry by a driver named Pavel, who was also a pleasure to deal with, I will definitely be buying all future cars from Sean @ Bradys Mercedes 10/10

Recently purchased a 2022 E-Class off Brady’s. Dealt with Kevin. Got a good deal and car was great spec. Only downside was there was no apple carplay/android auto in the car and had to purchase it separately costing nearly €500 with the Mercedes App, the vehicle has to be returned to Brady’s (March 16th) as it wouldn’t connect or download and MercedesMe can’t rectify it from their end. Some of the touch up marks on the vehicle weren’t done when collecting and was offered to do it myself with touch up paint, so have gone to a bodyshop to sort out, an extra expense. I was told the NCT was due in summer of 2026 however it was due in Jan. 2026, this was sorted when I brought it to their attention. Overall very happy just in future it would be nice to know if it had apple carplay/android auto as the car was such high spec to begin with and for all the issues to be truthful/done before collecting.

I've been really happy with my experiences at Bradys Castleknock - they always make sure you feel looked after! I bought my Seat from them 2 years ago and have returned regularly for services and checks. When I recently had some issues with my car (still under warranty), the team were brilliant.
