Fantastic customer service from Bolands. Had timing belt done, car came out washed, polished and vacuumed and driving like new.. Abdul and Ken made everything so easy, looked after everything for me....gentlemen. So professional and so easy to talk too. Well done guys.

Great service, stopped on an off chance that I could do a full service on my Hyundai, was able to book a spot within two days, car was done in few hours. Really friendly, informative and ready to accomodate extra requirements (had to pick up my son from GAA and was hoping that the car could be done in shorter time, which was no problem). Really recommend.

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

Really lovely staff. Service took a long time but car felt noticeably better after. Got a full diagnosis and everything was thoroughly checked . and they noticed I had only a two slot insurance /tax display holder and gave me a 3 slot one so I could fit my nct disc until along with an air freshener. Really nice touch.
