Fantastic customer service from Bolands. Had timing belt done, car came out washed, polished and vacuumed and driving like new.. Abdul and Ken made everything so easy, looked after everything for me....gentlemen. So professional and so easy to talk too. Well done guys.
I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.
Do not buy from this garage, make sure to read the reviews. Unfortunately, I regret buying my first Hyundai car from Bolands Hyundai Waterford. The experience with this garage has been awful so far and I would not recommend it to anyone. Lots of communication on the run up to buying the car but as soon as the contract was signed they were impossible to contact, the car was sold to me with the horn REMOVED which was not disclosed. I reached out multiple times to let them know there was an issue with the horn and each time I was told someone would call me back, which never happened. Eventually I brought the car back (from Dublin to Waterford) for a scratch repair, which was also on the car when it was sold to me, and for the horn to be checked. None of the sales people that I originally dealt with came near me, or wanted to speak to me. I was then told by another salesperson that there was no point in me driving to Waterford and I should have just sorted it in Dublin. They would need to order a part to fix the horn and I’d have to once again make the drive to Waterford. So I done as I was told and brought the car to a Hyundai garage in Dublin where they told me there was no horn in the car, it had been removed. They were completely shocked that a garage would even sell a 2024 car to me with a part removed. I have now been quoted €200 to have this repaired and have only had the car over a month. It is clear that there was no service done on this car prior to selling it, I felt confident buying from a Hyundai dealership but have been appalled with the service and how they have treated me. Buying this car has caused me undue stress and taken any excitement of a new car away. I would avoid this garage at all costs.
Really lovely staff. Service took a long time but car felt noticeably better after. Got a full diagnosis and everything was thoroughly checked . and they noticed I had only a two slot insurance /tax display holder and gave me a 3 slot one so I could fit my nct disc until along with an air freshener. Really nice touch.
Steven Sherlock is a very good sales man. He made it very easy to go through with the sale. He went through all the information I needed to know about my new car. I would have no problem going back to buy a car from him again. Thanks Steven 😊
