Went in to get a valuation as I'm interested in selling my vehicle. I had purchased it with Blackwater Fermoy in 2018. Wandering around for a few minutes and receptionist took my keys and said she would get someone to give me a price. I wasn't even acknowledged or approached by this person valuing my vehicle. The receptionist was sent back with a low ball offer to give me so I have taken my business elsewhere, where I will not be treated like a nuisance. I was not even asked to meet with a salesperson or about the car service history, reason for selling, interest in upgrading etc. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

I purchased a 2017 Passat the start of 2022, and I have to say the service i received was second to none. Nicola my sales person took great care of me and helped me finally land on a car I wanted for driving up and down the country. I have had no problems with the car, all it needed was a software update once and they did this no problem and gave me service car for the day. I would definitely return to the blackwater motor group for my next car

Went to buy a sump nut for the car got caught sitting in an id 4 by a saleswoman 10 minutes later I was test driving an Id 5. This car I have to say surprised me having driven a Tesla and Audi Etron the Vw felt nicer than both and nicer then the Vw I currently drive and gave me food for thought, times are changing.

Very helpful staff especially given that I called in at short notice with a problem which they fixed. Great coffee too.
