Where to start , I had approval for a brand new car and just didn’t feel that the sales people heard me when I went through what my needs where and then AutoXpress came as a recommendation from 2 separate friends that had bought from them so I thought why not ! It can’t hurt, after 20 minutes I had decided on car and a deal done - seamless service - no BS approach and I felt heard - I Love Love love my new car ❤️ and I could have spent more but again they listened to what I wanted and steered me in the right direction , As someone who works in sales the non pushy know what your talking about approach was just what I needed. Thanks guys I will be back time and time again if I decide to trade up ❤️

The three-month warranty also provides peace of mind. A special mention to Laura from customer service, who handled the registration process efficiently and kept me updated throughout. While there was a slight delay due to the cold snap and weather conditions, the overall experience was positive. I highly recommend visiting AutoExpress if you’re looking to buy a car. For those considering a trade-in, I’d suggest getting your vehicle evaluated beforehand to have a better understanding of its value.

It took from December 2024 until end June 2025 with ongoing correspondence to get this company to take responsibility for the issues with my vehicle. But after 3 trips from east Cork to Limerick, a LOT of STRESS and illness related stress, it finally paid off. At last think I can enjoy my car 🤞Having said all that; I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Unless I don't like you 😏

Visited Auto Xpress today after seeing a car I was potentially interested in on their website. I was greeted by Laura, who was very attentive and looked after me well. I was then approached by a male salesman, who was extremely rude and dismissive. I was very happy with the car I viewed and was ready to go ahead and start the purchase process, up until my encounter with this man. Will never return or spend my money here.
