I parked my car in front of the building today, and very shortly after, they clamped it. If I made a mistake and a fine was truly required, I am willing to pay it. However, when I asked for a proper receipt, you only gave me a card payment slip. There was no clear sign or written notice anywhere stating that I had to pay a €150 fine. Because my English isn’t strong, I didn’t argue or question anything — I just paid and left. But the situation made me feel very uncomfortable and unsure about whether this was handled correctly. I am currently looking into my legal rights. However, I will definitely be sharing this negative experience and your rude behavior with the people around me.

I just dropped the car for a service and they identified issues that I long noticed symptoms of but no other mechanics mentioned. Now the car drives like brand new. Also they are very honest with their pricing and what needs to be done. They even washed the car and engine bay for me. Looking forward to the next service.

I needed urgent help with my wheels on Saturday late afternoon. Even though it was just before closing time, the friendly staff member assisted us immediately, lifted the car onto the platform, and fixed the issue. Outstanding service! Highly recommended!

Excellent service center. full service done at a reasonable price, and also fixed an issue with my EGR at a super cheap rate which no one else was able to resolve/fix and quoted super high prices.. thank you Chris !

Couldn't fault the guys at all. Very reasonable and easy to deal with. Sometimes it can take a week or 2 for a booking which is a possitive sign in itself.
