Honestly had a really good experience here and felt I should leave a review. From the minute I walked in, the staff were super welcoming and easy to talk to , which I really appreciated. They took the time to go through everything with me and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. The service overall was great, really smooth and straightforward. Prices were very fair too, which is always a big thing for me. No hidden extras or surprises, just honest and transparent the whole way through. All in all, just a genuinely positive experience. Friendly people, great service, and fair pricing.I’d definitely recommend them and will be back again myself.

Do not go to these guys if you have a transmission issue..! They had my Mercedes 350e for over 3 weeks. They Sent it out to a transmission specialist who also clearly had no clue. I was not allowed to know who the specialist was… New gearbox battery costing circa 250eur, issue still not solved. Talk of then needing a new TCU costing 4.5k or possibly actually just a software update eg no clue. I took it instead today to Smith Automotive in Sandyford. They solved it immediately. Gear box computer reset recalibration. Very simple. I didn’t get charged and my car is now working perfectly.

Pathetic Behaviour I am very disappointed with the way our family was treated. As parents of a child with autism, we already navigate many daily challenges, and we expect a basic level of understanding and respect in public interactions. Our 13-year-old son, who has a strong interest in cars, briefly got into one or two vehicles displayed outside the premises in Sandyford. We were standing close by within a metre and we had already voiced that he wasn't allowed just to avoid certain situations. While we understand that boundaries need to be respected, the response from the owner was unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. We were spoken to in an arrogant manner and made to feel as though we were neglecting our responsibilities, which was both unfair and upsetting. We also suggested that, if access to the vehicles is an issue, they should be properly secured, as children especially those with additional needs may not always understand such boundaries without support. This experience reflected a clear lack of empathy, inclusion, and awareness toward individuals with disabilities and their families. It was deeply disappointing and left us feeling frustrated and hurt. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

Avoid. They basically stole my car from me. The car started making a noise so brought it in to them. They said it’s the turbo, I said fine €1,000 charge). They changed the turbo and then called to say the weird noise is still there. They investigate more, claimed that there was some shaft loose and that the engine is basically ruined. At this point they’re quoting €5k for a new engine while the car is basically dismantled on the ramp. I didn’t have that money and also didn’t trust them any more since they’d already misdiagnosed the problem. At this point we’re in a standoff as I just wanted my car back but they wanted thousands for the work done. My mental state at the time was not right due to work and long story short I ended up just giving them the log book after they wouldn’t stop hounding me. A WEEK late the car is back on the road going through toll bridges and I’m getting the bill for it. Had to go down and get cash off them in reception to cover the tolls. To say I was livid is an understatement. Avoid them at all costs.

I went to the Workshop today to get a tire with a slow leak fixed. Jamie was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and provided excellent, professional service. The guys were all great, and the prices were very reasonable. I hope I’ll have the chance to do business with them again. Thank you!
