Booked my car in using the key drop off service inside the show room. Got the timing belt replaced which is fine and requested extra work using their comment section(no point in even having it) on the check in screen to look at knocking noise from the car. They took the car in on a Tuesday and rang me that evening to tell me the cars ready, when I queried the knocking noise they said they had no idea what I was talking about and no record of my extra comment. They kept the car for two days to try find the noise for them to tell me they want me to come back in 3 weeks so that a master technician(why a master technician? Is a normal technician not Good enough?) can come for a test drive with me to diagnose the noise issue. Even offered for one of their technicians to drive the car home one evening overnight to test drive my car which I’ve never heard the likes of. I declined. They couldn’t admit that they didn’t bother looking for the knocking noise. It’s extra work = extra money. Bizarre. Very poor service. Also got booked in for a full deep clean and sanitation. The car was just about washed. Inside wasn't touched and didn't smell or look any different. Definitely will not be returning.

Myself and my mam (Noreen Tully) came up to Audi cork a few weeks back In the hopes of buying a new car. My mam wanted a nice car and loved Audi so we said we would pop up for a look. We asked for a sales representative to help us and Laura Murphy came to help. Words cannot explain the hard work, understanding and patience Laura had for us. My father (Noreens husband) recently passed away and the compassion she had was undoubtedly kind. She spoke my mam through the process of a new car and took us for a test drive. During this test drive she took the time to ask us how we were and we developed great conversation. The empathy and patience Laura gave to both of us we could never thank her enough. Yesterday my mam drove off in her new car and Laura went the extra mile with a bottle of wine and a balloon which was just so kind. I would return to Audi cork to Laura alone. She deserves the highest recognition available. Both my mam and I thank Laura for everything she has done and we both hope she knows her kindness made this new big step for my mam much easier. She made a family very happy.

MCJ -Mercedes Car Joinery-a month ago

My car was in an accident over a week ago the next day I went for a estimate cost of repair where I met one of their representatives for body damage. He sent me to Red Abbey where they make things right and I agreed to make the repair. It's been well over a week now I've been ringing to speak to Adam Lyons who is responsible for the estimate but I am constantly told that " we will put this as urgent and he will call you back before 6pm today " its been like that for 6 days now and no estimate to be seen or any phone call made to me. I am disgusted with this appalling service as they know who I am and I've done repairs in that place before. Very unprofessional and constantly lying about getting back to you. Wouldn't recommend that place one bit.
