A recall for Passengers airbag, appointment was made very quickly. In at 9am out for 11:30am. Really friendly and courtesy car left us in town and picked us up. Audi employee's we're really friendly and polite. Car was returned washed and hoovered and works completed. Well done guys 🫡🫡🫡

I had to drop off my Audi for a recall and was told it would take a few hours to complete the job. I was then offered tea, coffee if I wished to wait or they would drive me into the city and collect me when the job was done. Overall other staff were very courteous and accommodating. Special mention to Edmond Ryan their service advisor for keeping me advised to what was happening and doing all the arrangements above and beyond the recall , great service . Dropped car for health check yesterday. Was under pressure with time unexpectedly at last minute. Guys in service said to drop in a bit earlier and they would do their best to have checked and serviced earlier for me. They did! Super nice, helpful guys there in Audi Kilkenny 👍🤩🙏

Outstanding service from audit Kilkenny when I had an emergency and my fuel door would not open due to a faulty actuator. Even I was travelling Denis picked up my car from home fixed the issue and dropped back. Hugely appreciated from a highly professional team.

However, I recently had reason to contact them again regarding an issue with my 2021 Audi A5 — and I can confidently say my faith in the dealership has been completely restored thanks to the exceptional service I received from Jonathon Mooney, the After Sales Manager. After explaining that my car was showing signs of a recurring issue, Jonathon responded to my email immediately and arranged for me to drop the vehicle in the very next morning. Given my past experience, I was hesitant at first, but Jonathon’s professionalism and communication quickly reassured me. He kept me updated throughout the process, ensured the issue was resolved efficiently, and even covered the repair at no charge. A week later, when a second, unrelated issue was identified, Jonathon again handled everything with care and transparency. He explained the problem clearly, provided a full cost breakdown, and had the car ready the same day. My A5 is now running perfectly, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
