Myself and a few friends were heading to Dingle for the weekend on a Friday evening when my car threw up a warning and we had to stop. Audi Kerry had already closed so I called Audi Assist who had us off the side of the road in less than 30min. The driver put me in contact with Norma who was already at home in her personal time. She was back and forth with me over the weekend, got me a rental and had me on my way all i. Less than 90minutes. The service she gave me at every step was so so impressive. The attention and care was honestly second to none. Even afterwards I had a question on cleaning the black pack in my car and she WhatsAppd on the product. The world needs more Normas. I had an issue with a rear light cassette, so I went to get a replacement second hand in a dismantlers. It was not available and I was advised not to buy online as there is no guarantees or possibility of a refund if it didn't work. So we brought our little Q3 to Audi and I am so glad we did. We met with Norma, the manager of the service department, she was very pleasant to deal with, and straight, no fluff. The part had to be ordered, which meant the car was not safe to drive. We were offered a courtesy car but had already arranged transport. Thanks for your help @ Audi Tralee, we will be back.

I recently bought an Audi A4 from Chloe in Audi Kerry. Chloe was a pleasure to deal with and was very professional but friendly and helpful.
