After a slightly disappointing first visit to this garage I went back up to look at another car I was interested in.The experience this time was a much more positive one from start to finish. I was lucky to get dealing with the sales manager Paul Callan. I must say dealing with Paul was easy . He's professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up making a purchase with Paul in the end and am very happy with my new car. Paul is great at what he does but overall the garage needs perhaps a little more staff and some could do with some bettet interpersonal training . All in all I was happy with my dealings with Audi Approved Drogheda in the end.

This review doesn’t even deserve one star. I came with my Audi Q7 to get a new fob and change the locks, when the car came back, it was never the same, several issues on the entertainment system including Restricted mode when towing a trailer. Audi tried blaming the issue on the car been previously mapped which is completely false and proven to be wrong. Audi seems to be quick to charge A premium fee for service and repairs but when it comes to fixing their own mistakes they think they can just stop answering, on the side note I have tried calling them about 40 times over the period of couple of months not once have my phone been answered. If this issue is not resolved In the next five working days, there will be a solicitors letter issued . I wish I could give separate review for the customer service, which is non-existent in this particular dealership.

Purchased a 2019 A6 roughly a month ago. Upon delivery a warning light appeared on the dash stating " gearbox fault". The salesman told me this was normal following a factory reset of the infotainment system. 8 hours later and the vehicle breaks down with the same fault and refusing to go into drive. I spoke with the manager who also told me the fault message was normal and it was likely a software glitch from the update. The car was recovered to Audi North Dublin where the staff there confirmed this error message was not normal and should not have come up in the first place. The vehicle spent 21 days in North Dublin for repairs of the gearbox issue, the cracked windscreen and damaged bumper that was all present when the car was delivered. The vehicle lasted 4 days and has now broken down again with the same issue. Clearly not rectified. The team in Drogheda are extremely difficult to get in contact with due to nobody answering phones. There is no compassion regarding the hassle this car is causing or for the fact that after a month of ownership I have had the car in my possession for a total of 5 days and it has broken down twice in that time.

I called to Audi Drogheda yesterday with my adult son to look at a very fine and unique Audi car they had for sale. Our dealings were with Paul Callan who I have to say was nothing short of perfect as our representative for the company. Paul was very knowledgeable about the car in question and was particularly professional in his approach in EVERY way. My son and I were very much impressed with the whole experience thanks to Paul. Sadly the car which was impeccably presented didnt suit all our requirements so we did not make a deal but I can honestly say that we will definitely be back again some day. Rest assured, the next time we visit we will seek out Paul for his exemplary approach. Thanks again Paul for your time and I would be fairly sure we will do business some other day. Regards and thanks.... Mike Yore

I organised to call and see a 2024 A6 today in Drogheda worth nearly €50K and when I got there I was told by a very smug salesman that the vehicle was in Donegal on loan to a customer. I had driven from Portlaoise and despite having my contact details nobody bothered to extend the simple courtesy of a phone call to let me know the car was not on site. It seems that while the car was on the website with a stated mileage it was actually in Donegal being driven around in God knows what way and as a result I cannot trust the Joe Duffy groups advertising or communication skills. I am very disappointed at how I was treated today and I would not spend a penny of my hard earned money with these people. Disgusted from Portlaoise Update: The Joe Duffy group have contacted me to apologise and we have worked out a way forward to sort things out. My comments about Audi Drogheda still stand however My dealings with Audi North Dublin have been excellent. Both Mark and Jade were great to deal with and my experience with them led me to buying my new Audi from them so I can now give them 5 well deserved stars. Thank you Mark/Jade Gary
