I kinda knew from the advert that it was a no nonsense place, lotsa appropriate details and no guff The car was exactly as advertised, no better no worse, I had a test-drive, it was clean and well presented . The money part was well done, a reasonable deposit and bank details were given prior to purchase. The collection day was against n busy, but the car was outside and waiting for me Everyone considerate and busy, busy. So far so good on the motor . No frills no messing just a good dealership. So I want to share my experience I had with Terry when I went out to look at it 181 Kia Sportage with my 8-year-old son. It was last Saturday and it was a beautiful Sportage that I was looking at. Everything was perfect I fell in love with the car. Terry invited us into the office and filled out the paperwork for finance. He told me what documents to forward onto him to get the finance going. As soon as I got home I forwarded on. He told me I should hear from him definitely by Monday or Tuesday. Monday comes and I hear nothing. No reply back on WhatsApp. So I send everything to his email also. Still nothing back from Terry. So when I'm in work on Monday about 11:30am I ring Terry for an update to which he did not have a clue what I was talking about he didn't even know the Sportage I was looking at. He told me he was out of the yard and he would be back in over an hour and he would call me straight away,From this point I knew he had forgot about me and had never even sent on anything to the finance. Still no call back from Terry so after work finishes I give him a call the phone rang twice and then he hung up on me and left me in automatic message to say he would call me back to which he never called. 5 days later on Thursday I had a missed call from him and a message to say that the finance was accepted. I am very glad it did not work out with Terry as I found a great garage in clondalkin who sent me videos who called me who sent car reports to my email after Sportage I was looking at in his garage. The sport has that I have now is a 171 with 92000 KM and Terry's had 168000 km also I got more money for my car as a trade in then what terry was offering me. I couldn't believe how poor Terry's communication was I really believed he did not want to sell me that car which shocked me because it was a €15000 car and he did not want it sold. With this new garage once I looked at the car and I was happy with everything I heard back from the finance within I'd say 5 to 8 minutes, the crowd at ignition motors in clondalkin at the Red cow on the naas road are amazing absolutely outstanding and have made this whole process of buying a car so less stressful it was actually an enjoyable moment but with terry it was all stress. When he finally got to me on Thursday he apologised about the delay on his end which was absolute bullshit there was no delay whatsoever it was just an incompetent man who did not want to sell a car and probably has a few brain issues with his memory going. Everything in life happens for a reason and this has proved to me once again god forbid if anything had of happened to the car that I would have got off Terry could you imagine the hassle I would have had just to tell him what happened. Wih ignition motors I am covered by a motor shield and also by AA roadside for 12 months. I hope people that see this really think before they go to Apex motors as it is just adding more stress.

I had been looking online for some time, and as I was going to have to buy a car ‘unseen’ I was extremely nervous about who to buy from. Fortune smiled on me and I gave Terry at Apex Motors a call one morning and the rest is history. From the outset I knew I was in good hands. Terry calmed my nerves and took great care to listen to my needs and answer all my questions. I decided on a lovely little Volkswagen Polo, an automatic import, with 12 months warranty. Terry personally delivered my car on a Friday afternoon and wow was I glad I went with Apex Motors. The car was in pristine condition, showroom clean, and exactly as advertised. Every day I start the engine, I silently thank Terry for being such a gentleman in business, who walked a first time buyer through the whole process, made sure I was fully covered, and kept in contact until I had both my insurance and motor tax sorted. I cannot recommend Apex Motors enough, if I am ever in the market for a new car, I shall head straight to Co Meath and give Apex Motors a visit. A five star service, and a five star car, what more could you ask for.
