I bought my A6 Avant 3 weeks ago, brought home a week ago. I am very happy with service from where I rang the shop at first, through all messages, videos, communication and whole experience when I collected the car. Last Friday, I brought my car in for what was supposed to be a simple brake inspection. I was told it would take about 5 hours, so I waited nearby. After almost four 7 with no update, I had to call twice just to find out what was happening. When I finally got the car back, the inside was dirty with greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel and driver’s seat and also dirty chocolate prints all over the carpet, and one of the warning lights that wasn’t on before suddenly appeared on the dashboard. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. Nobody explained the delay clearly, and staff seemed annoyed whenever I asked questions this grumpy old man who looks liked the goblin from lord of the rings started shouting at me saying I have no patience. I understand that busy days happen, but I expected better customer service and more care with my vehicle.

Everything went nice and smudge. Made a request on a car on Monday and we were able to pick it up on Thursday. The car was excellent like on the video, prepared by Evan Loughnane, everything was organised between email and phone call without viewing the car before purchase and we weren't desapointe.
