Toyota Announces 211 Offers Including up to €3,000 Finance Contribution

Toyota’s dealerships nationwide are open for servicing, and customers in the market for a new car are encouraged to call their local dealers for sales enquiries.

Toyota has announced a range of offers including new Toyota hybrid buyers can avail of finance contributions of up to €3,000, APRs from 2.9%, trade-in boosters up to €2,500 for non-finance customers, and enjoy three years free servicing as standard. With these new offers, customers who purchase a new Toyota before February 28th 2021, will benefit from a 2% VAT reduction, along with lower VRT from January on the majority of Toyota’s range, so it claims there has never been a better time to make the switch to a Toyota hybrid.

From an environmental point of view, Toyota has the lowest CO2 output of any mass market car brand, and its hybrids sold in 2019 alone will save over 60,000 tonnes from entering the atmosphere in their lifetime. Furthermore, Toyota is considered to be the number one car brand in Ireland for tackling climate change as evidenced by the recent national iReach study on Sustainability and Climate Action.

Commenting on the announcement, Steve Tormey, Toyota Ireland CEO said: “At Toyota we live by our brand promise ‘Built for a Better World’. By giving Irish motorists affordable access to electrified motoring through low prices and the deals we are announcing today, we believe all drivers can play a part in creating a better world for our and future generations. As a nation, the time to start individually doing our part to help save planet Earth is now. Because they can drive in zero emissions mode over 50% of the time on average and never need to be plugged in, we believe that self-charging hybrids present the best solution today to creating an immediate and long-lasting positive environmental impact, without any compromise. We were pleased to see the Irish Government take strong measures against high emissions diesels in the recent budget, and reward people who choose lower emissions cars with lower VRT payments. I  would encourage anyone interesting in finding out more about our hybrids to speak to their local Toyota dealer today.”
