The new Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid arrives in Ireland

Demos are expected to arrive in Toyota dealerships in Ireland in early December 2021

The Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid is the first vehicle to have been given a pre-sale opportunity in Toyota’s line-up of passenger vehicles. With the allocation for pre-sale reservations fully being reserved now, Toyota has seen remarkable interest in the registrations for the new RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid SUV. It has surpassed the company’s initial targets, and customers will expect to receive their new vehicle in January 2022.

The new Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid offers a driving range of up to 75 kilometres in zero emissions EV mode on a full battery charge. It is available in available in two grades (Sol and Sport), with prices starting from €50,775. Customers who are looking to purchase a new RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid in time for January 2022 are encouraged to speak to their local Toyota dealership as soon as possible with high demand for the new model.

The new RAV4 plug-in hybrid draws on more than 20 years of Toyota's hybrid powertrain technology. This newest version is more powerful, but environmentally cleaner and efficient and is the pinnacle version of the fourth generation of the RAV4 range. Demos are expected to arrive in Toyota dealerships in Ireland in early December 2021.
