The family-owned, independent SEAT & CUPRA retailer has been a cornerstone of SEAT’s success in Ireland over the past nine years and was a top performer in 2021, ranking number one on several key metrics measuring performance across the business.
Founded in 1981, McCoy Motors was appointed a SEAT retailer in 2013 and has been a vital cog in SEAT’s success story in Ireland. Significant investment in 2019 led to the creation of a brand new, state of the art showroom, a move that facilitated further growth and made the customer experience even more welcoming.
Recruitment of additional sales and service personnel allowed McCoy Motors’ leadership team to deliver on ambitious expansion plans. Meanwhile, a strong emphasis on staff training and upskilling has prepared the business for the evolution of the motor industry on its journey towards electrification. McCoy Motors is already at the cutting edge of industry developments and will offer customers even more digitalisation virtual product experiences.
In addition to their outstanding sales success in 2021, the team at McCoy Motors excelled in terms of customer care, accessory sales and finance penetration through Volkswagen Financial Services.
