Whether as an electric MPV for family, leisure or business, or as a commercial vehicle for companies, the zero emission all-rounder is available for order at Volkswagen Retailers across the country.
The ID. Buzz is Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ first all-electric vehicle and features a 77kWh lithium-ion battery, supplying 150kW (204 PS) to a rear-mounted electric motor that develops 310Nm of torque and is capable of an all-electric driving range of up to 400 - 420 Kilometres.
The ID. Buzz Cargo is set to make an electrifying entrance to the market offering a broad range of trim lines to suit all needs. The ID. Buzz Cargo starts at an ex. VAT price €41,538* with cruise control, dual sliding doors and parking sensors (front & rear) as standard. The mid-tier Cargo Executive offers the addition of 19” ‘Tilburg’ alloy wheels, adaptive cruise control, “Keyless Entry” central locking and rear view camera system starting from €51,862*. The flagship trim, the Cargo Max features 20” ‘Solna’ alloy wheels, “Travel and Park assist” along with Discover Pro Navigation starting from €55,187*. The prices shown for ID. Buzz Cargo are ex. VAT and are inclusive of the current government grant of €3,800.
The ID. Buzz launches with four trim levels: Life, Family, Tech and Max. The entry-level Life starts at €65,890** and offers LED headlights, heated windscreen, the Buzz box removable storage, Discover Pro navigation and infotainment with 10” colour touchscreen, and wireless charging. Family, priced from €70,460** adds the ‘IQ. Light’ LED matrix headlights, heated driver seat and single passenger seat, rear view camera and “Park Assist”. Next in line the Tech is priced at €72,055*. This specification boasts 20” ‘Solna’ alloy wheels, a Power tailgate with “Easy Open” and a 12” colour touchscreen for optimal visual experience. The ID. Buzz Max is the complete trim variant in addition to previous features it has 21” ‘Bromber’ alloy wheels and dual power sliding doors. The interior gains 30-colour ambient lighting system and comfort seats in the front and retails at €75,930**
Sustainability is also an integral part the new ID. Buzz, from design, to manufacturing, to the road. The interior features recycled synthetic material and leather-free, in addition to the all-electric powertrain. The ID. Buzz is manufactured using sustainable components: battery housings and wheel rims are made from green aluminium and tyres from low-emission production.
