Toyota Ireland has announced a range of new offers available for the 202 registration period, including the introduction of a finance contribution of up €3000 with 3.9% APR with Flex PCP Finance, allowing for lower monthly payments and representing the most affordable way to purchase a new Toyota hybrid model. Toyota Ireland is also offering a Trade-in Booster of up to €3,000 for non-finance customers, and three years servicing as standard for all customers,. The offers are available across all the range, and customers are encouraged to speak to their local Toyota dealership for more information on the offers

Toyota dealerships nationwide are now open for sales and service. With customer and staff safety being absolutely paramount, Toyota Ireland has implemented a series of new measures to ensure peace of mind when visiting dealerships, including sanitisation stations, protective screens, PPE and two-metre social distancing markers. Toyota Ireland is also offering a Virtual Showroom experience from the end of May which gives customers the freedom to shop at home. The features of the Virtual Showroom include immersive educational videos across the full Toyota range, live video chat with Toyota sales executives, as well as trade-in valuations, and an online financing and approval tool.

With consumers becoming increasingly environmentally-conscious and looking for ways to lower their impact on the environment, Toyota claims demand for hybrid vehicles is at an all-time high. As Toyota hybrids operate in electric mode over 50% of the time on average, it says Toyota hybrid drivers make an immediate impact on lowering NOX and CO2 emissions, contributing to a better environment and creating a better future for all. It is estimated that the Toyota hybrids sold in 2019 will save over 60,000 tonnes of CO2 in their lifetime and are also extremely fuel efficient as well. The Toyota Corolla Hybrid is currently Ireland’s best-selling car thus far in 2020, while 87 percent of Toyota’s new car sales in 2020 have been hybrid models.

Steve Tormey CEO, Toyota Ireland said, “As Ireland and the rest of the world comes to grips with our new reality, we are relieved to have been able to reopen our dealerships this week. Staff and customer safety are our top priority and we have taken every possible precaution and safety measure to ensure this.  Our hybrid offers give motorists both a practical and an affordable option to create a healthier environment for future generations, simply by making the easy switch to a hybrid vehicle! I would like to encourage anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota hybrid to speak to your local Toyota dealer about one of the many offers that are available at the moment. We also offer a Virtual Showroom for consumers who are unable to access one of our dealerships. Here, customers are able to experience the same top-quality Toyota customer service and fantastic offers from the comfort of their own home.”
