Best 201 Finance Offers

Alfa RomeoThe Italian company is offering 4.9 per cent APR on its PCP deals when spread across 36 months, so the Giulietta hatchback costs from anything between €302 and €397pcm, the Giulia saloon starts from €528pcm (and the mighty 510hp Quadrifoglio can be had for €1,255 per month) and the Stelvio SUV starts at €633pcm for the regular range, or €1,417 for the Quadrifoglio version. Please be aware that all of these monthly figures require a 30 per cent customer deposit.

Audi – Audi has various low APR deals (of 2.9 and 3.9 per cent) on PCP packages, but newer models, more desirable models and recently facelifted cars don’t have specific offers running on them. The best three deals beyond low APR are the Black Pack styling packages on S line versions of the A3 and A6 at reduced prices (€1,095 or €1,464 off for the A3, €2,500 or €736 off on the A6), or the Style Pack on the Q5 SE, which is reduced by a whopping amount – down from €4,733 usually, to €1,500 for the 201 period. This brings in larger alloys and privacy glass, but also a full-length panoramic sunroof.

BMWThe Bavarian crew is doing its usual low APR on PCP for the 201 registrations, rather than any specific bundles. Enjoy 2.9 per cent on a range of SUVs and 3.9 on cars, with the good news being that there is a wide variety of models available: so the 1 Series (from €268pcm), 3 Series (from €439pcm), outgoing 4 Series (from €549pcm), 5 Series (from €527pcm) and i3 (from €465pcm) all on the 3.9% deals, and the X1 (from €342pcm), X2 (from €340pcm), X3 (from €539pcm) and X5 (from €724pcm) on the 2.9% tariff. Be warned that you’ll need a chunky customer deposit to avail of these monthly payments.

Citreon Offers Ireland

CitroenThree different tiers of offers here from Citroen Ireland, all under the ‘Take Comfort’ banner. If you want a C3, C4 Cactus or Grand C4 Spacetourer, they’re all available with 0 per cent APR on PCP; the SUVs, in the form of the C3 Aircross and C5 Aircross, sit at a higher rate of 3.9 per cent APR (as does the ageing C1 city car, and the Berlingo and full-sized Spacetourer MPVs); and then if you want a commercial vehicle, like the Berlingo Van, Dispatch or Relay, there’s a scrappage scheme of up to €3,000. This means you can get in a C3 from as little as €130pcm and all Citroen passenger cars are currently offered with a five-year, unlimited-mileage warranty, too.

Dacia – Dacia is offering a flat 4.9 per cent APR on PCP deals for all five of its vehicles – the Duster, the Sandero, the Sandero Stepway, the Logan MCV and the Logan MCV Stepway – but the big tempter here is that you don’t need to pay a deposit; you finance the whole vehicle cost over the course of 36 months. That means you’ll still only be paying anything between €219 and €329pcm on the base-spec Essential and Alternative variants of these (higher specs push up the monthly costs, obviously).

Fiat – Fiat will give customers 0 per cent APR on finance deals for the following: the Panda Lounge, the Tipo Lounge (both Sedan and Hatchback), the 500L Urban, the 500X City Cross and the 500 Mirror. That means monthly costs from as little as €159.

Ford Offers Ireland

Ford The 201 Sales Event from Ford is available on a wide range of products, although mainly on its commercial vehicles. In terms of passenger cars, the EcoSport is offered with either 3.9 per cent APR on PCP or a €1,000 registration bonus, the Focus with 1.9 per cent APR or a €1,750 reg bonus, and the S-Max and Galaxy MPVs have 3.9 per cent APR with a €500 options deposit, or a €500 reg bonus. Careful of some exclusions and conditions here, though, as the 1.9% on the Focus only applies to diesels – the petrols are 3.9 per cent and €250 reg bonus, while the Zetec models in the range are not part of any deal. There are upgrade packs on the EcoSport (privacy glass, front parking sensors and a rear spoiler on the Titanium), Focus (rear-view camera) and Galaxy (Active Park Assist, a powered tailgate, rear-view camera and power-fold third-row seats) thrown in to sweeten the deal. For the Ford CVs all of the Fiesta Van, Transit Connect, Transit Courier, Transit Custom, Transit and Ranger have 3.9 per cent APR on PCP, with up to €2,000 off the Courier, €4,500 off the Custom and €5,500 off the full-sized Transit, while the Transit Custom PHEV qualifies for 0% APR but no money off. All Ford passenger cars in this deal have seven years of warranty and seven years of roadside assistance as part of the deal, while the CVs have a five-year, 150,000km warranty.

Hyundai – Three big schemes from Hyundai if you sign up before November 30th and get the car registered in January 2020: you can choose from either five years of free servicing, or a scrappage and emissions reduction scheme with up to €5,000 off a new Hyundai, or 3.9 per cent APR on finance. Bear in mind that a handful of models, most notably the Kona Electric, are exempt from these 201 deals.

Jaguar The three SUVs (E-Pace, F-Pace and I-Pace) and the F-Type sports car are all on 5.5 per cent APR deals with Jaguar Ireland right now, so you can get into one of these new Jags from €431pcm (E-Pace).

Jeep – Just the Renegade and Compass fall under Jeep’s promotions for the 201 registration, with 4.9 per cent APR on Jeep Horizons PCP deals on both.

Kia Offer Ireland

Kia – If you order a new 201-plate Kia before December 18th and you put down a €500 non-refundable deposit, Kia will give you that money back as a €500 SuperValu Gift Card. There’s also 0 per cent APR on PCP deals for the Sportage, Stonic and the entire Ceed range (including the new XCeed crossover), while there’s 3.9 per cent finance on the other models in Kia’s stable.

Land RoverLike sister company Jaguar, Land Rover is doing low PCP rates on various models. Choose from 3.9 per cent APR on the Discovery Sport (from €367pcm) or Range Rover Evoque (from €451pcm), or 5.5 per cent on the Discovery 5 (from €680pcm) or Range Rover Velar (from €676pcm).

Mazda – X marks the spot for Mazda, or at least it does for Mazda 201 buyers. The X = Zero deal sees the Mazda3 hatchback and saloon models, or the CX-30 crossover, all offered with 5.9 per cent APR and complimentary specification upgrades on selected models. Alternatively, ignore the spec upgrades and you can have 4.9 per cent APR instead. Similarly, the Mazda6 and CX-5 SUV are both on 4.9 per cent APR deals, with upgrade offers from €200 on the Mazda6 and from €700 on the CX-5.

Mercedes-Benznothing major here from Mercedes for 201, although 4.9 per cent APR is possible with the German firm’s Star Finance PCP deals, meaning you could get in the new A-Class hatchback from €330pcm.

Nissan Nissan’s main focus is on its zero-emissions Leaf EV for 201. To qualify for a sizeable discount on the Leaf, you need to own a car that has been registered prior to the end of 2011 – in which case, Nissan will guarantee you a minimum trade-in value of €3,500 for cars to that period, and a minimum trade-in value for anything registered up to the end of 2009.

Peugeot Offers Ireland

Peugeot – The French company’s Drivetime deals, a holdover from the 192 reg period, continue, which means APR from 3.9 per cent (on 108, 208, 308 and the outgoing 2008) or 4.9 per cent (other models), plus a scrappage incentive of up to €4,000, or a deposit contribution of up to €750. There’s also a five-year warranty deal, which is three years’ worth of manufacturer cover and then a two-year extension bolt-on.

Renault – The Renault Carbon Rewards scheme has the company claiming customers are guaranteed savings of €3,500 on a new Renault. As a bundle, it’s basically €1,000 of Carbon Cashback, plus a super-low rate of 2.01 per cent APR on PCP (this apparently saves customers €2,500 in interest payments compared to high-street banks), applicable to the Zoe, the all-new Clio, the Captur, the Kadjar and the Megane. Furthermore, on the Kadjar, Renault Ireland is claiming you’ll save up to €3,000 on finance, making it a €4,000 tempter in all. And over on the commercial vehicle side, the Kangoo, new Master and new Trafic are all available on 3.9 per cent APR across five years, with five years’ warranty and five years’ roadside assistance all thrown into the deal. You have until January 31st, 2020, to benefit from these 201-plate deals.

SEAT – Nice and simple from the Spaniards, as it’s 0 per cent APR on PCP across all models and then the ability to download a discount voucher of up to €2,000 off selected cars as well; go to www.seat.ie to get hold of that. Be aware that the €2,000 is only available on the near-to-replacement Leon hatchback and the full-sized Tarraco SUV – the Ateca qualifies for €1,500 off, while the Ibiza supermini and Arona crossover have a grand slashed off their price with the voucher.

Skoda Offers Ireland

Skoda – All of Skoda’s Fabia, Scala, Octavia and Superb ranges have 0 per cent APR finance deals on them right now, while the Karoq and Kodiaq SUVs sit at 2.9 per cent APR. That means you can get into a Fabia, for instance, from just €159pcm, and as a further sweetener then remember that there’s three years of free servicing included on all six of these models listed above.

Toyota – Given that Toyota has just announced it is pretty much killing off all its non-hybrid models in Ireland from now on, the 201 bundle deals of finance APR from 3.9 per cent, three years’ free servicing as standard and trade-in boosters of between €1,000 and €3,000 are all most welcome. Toyota also talks of ‘The Hybrid Advantage’, 12 points which it says are further benefits to owning a ‘self-charging’ hybrid.

VolkswagenVW’s banner this year is ‘Bring the Change’, so there’s a healthy array of deals to go at. PCP finance is pegged between 0 per cent and 3.9 per cent APR on all models, or there’s a choice of purchase contributions of up to €2,500 off new models of Volkswagens. On top of this, Service Plan Packs, model upgrades on the R-Line cars and Technology Packs on other vehicles are part of the incentives, while the Volkswagen Climate Action Grant sees drivers of Euro 1-4 emissions-rated vehicles offered up to €5,000 off the cost of a new car from the German company – the Volkswagen Climate Action Grant is just a posh way of saying ‘scrappage scheme’.
