Wondering about Insignia resale value.
Hi Carzone I am looking to buy a 2016/2017 open insignia both previous models, both desiel , the 2017 has no mileage and th 2016 has 24k both has full spec leather eta. not new model for 2017 , I was wondering what do you think of resale value say in 5 years time or would I be married to it, don't get me wrong I love the insignia. Hi John,
The Insignia has always been a popular car, so in general I'd say that there will still be some demand for it in a few years' time. My only worry would be that (a) diesel values will undoubtedly take a hit in the next while and (b) the family car market is switching to SUVs and away from saloons, so again, values are going to soften. I wouldn't say you'd be 'married' to it, but set your sights on the bottom end of the value range to be safe.
