Nissan Ireland confirmed that the Qashqais in its top three grades, when fitted with ProPilot (as part of the Tech Pack), use Adaptive Driving Beams that alter the pattern automatically when driving abroad. I believe that Tekna is a UK specification that is largely equivalent to one of those, so no, you should need headlight deflectors.
