Hi there, I recently purchased a Renault Kadjar S Nav 161 as a family car as we had a new baby at the start of the year. It is a great family car it's just that the seat doesn't suit me or my Upper neck regardless of seat position,Like anyone i only had the 5 Min test drive. Now I am Considering purchasing a new superb. What do you think. I drive about 400km on average each week and I need something robust and big for buggies. Am I mad
Hi Barry,
No, you’re not mad at all, although it’ll cost you in terms of the depreciation hit when you trade in your Renault. The Superb is, well, superb – huge, spacious, well made and apparently very reliable too. Good looking as well. My only concern is your back. I’m likewise a bad back sufferer, but I find the seat in the Kadjar entirely comfortable, and indeed find the seat in the Superb just the same. Can I suggest asking your Skoda dealer if you can have a 24hr test drive, or if not at least a solid afternoon test drive, of the Superb, so that you can put some time in behind the wheel and see if the seat suits your back? I’d imagine that any good dealer, if you explain your issue to them, will so their best to help out.
