In theory yes, that engine should fit, but there may be a lot of work required to make it work, as the gearboxes and mountings will be different. Not only that, but the engine loom and sensor pack may also cause headaches for whoever is doing the transplant. I highly recommend you get that person to check over any used engine you're considering before committing to buying it.
