I assume you mean will a Fabia powered by an engine using a timing chain last longer than one with a timing belt. There's no definitive answer to that, I'm afraid as every engine is different and if timing belts are replaced to schedule then there's no question of longevity related to the belt. Saying all that, the chain in the older Fabia's 1.2-litre petrol engine (non turbo) is known to stretch and/or fail, but that doesn't affect all engines with timing chains.
