Why won't my Zafira start?
My zafira tourer 2.0 sri diesel is a 64 plate. It has a new alternator and battery. Timing belt recently done and glow plugs. Fuel filter changed last week. Doe not starting o key but will start straight away by bump start and will start off of key all the time until next morning. What would be the next thing to check

Hi Adrian,
It needs to be plugged into a diagnostic machine to find out the fault codes to help isolate the issue. If this was not the case before the timing belt was done, then it points to something being disturbed during that work or not being replaced correctly.
The fact it starts fine after the initial bump start suggests it could be either the starter motor (only working when warm) or a temperature sensor of some description informing the ECU.
Without access to a diagnostic computer I'd be getting the starter motor tested.
