I'm afraid you'll have to ask some of the sellers to know for sure, but there could be many reasons, mostly surrounding the desire of the seller to keep the information private. Perhaps they're imported and not yet changed over to an Irish registration. Perhaps there is finance outstanding and the seller wants to test the market before paying it off. Perhaps they just don't want the car to be seen for sale by people that know them.
