We advise you bring the car to a good auto-electrician if it's not immediately obvious what is causing the issue. The most common reason for a fuse to blow (assuming it's the right amperage to start with) is a short circuit somewhere, which can be caused by a failed electrical component, or a frayed wire or a damaged connector. The first thing to do is identify the fuse and what it relates to and then work through the system. It's best that this is left to the experts.
