If you mean a new Opel Insignia, that’s because an all-new model is going on sale in the next couple of weeks, so dealers will be discounting their existing Insignia stock to try and get it off the showroom floor before the new one arrives.  Still a good car, though, so worth looking at, especially if you’re getting a bargain. Common problems include water leaks in the boot and issues with the central locking and alarm systems.
