Why are my Jetta's brakes hot?
Vw jetta 2000 diesel auto back near side brake disc very warm had both calipers pads and brake pipe replaced still the same any ideas where to go next

It sounds like a binding caliper, but if you've had those changed for new ones then maybe the parking brake itself is sticking on. Worth a look for sure. We will say that all brakes get warm, even hot during use, so I assume you have another reason to suspect something is up.
