Clutch failure would not normally be covered under warranty in a used car, but your message seems to imply that the dealer is covering the work. Even if that is the case, it would not normally be their responsibility to retrieve the car. You'll need to look at the small print of the warranty agreement. Most likely you'll have to pay for the car to be transported, but do ask the dealer if they can help with that.
