Which reliable car for 100km commute?
What is the cheapest,most reliable second hand car available which would able for a daily commute of about 100km ?

If you want reliable, you need to go Japanese. With a long-ish daily commute you're going to want something comfortable too, so have a look for a Honda Civic, Toyota Auris or Mazda3. All are available at bargain prices if you shop around a bit.
