There are some seven-seat SUVs that fit your bill, but you’re probably better off going for a proper MPV – so look at the Renault Grand Scenic, the Peugeot 5008, the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso and the SEAT Alhambra, all of which are available as automatic diesels from 2016-on. There’s also the massive Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which is basically a van with windows, but even a V 250 d is going to set you back €50,000 and more. Other options include the very good Citroen Spacetourer.
