Which Hyundai i30 to go for?
we are looking to buy i30 2007(1.4 Petrol) or 2011(1.6 deisel) which one is the best?

Well, generally I would always say go for the most recent one. The Hyundai i30 took a major step forward with the changeover of models, from the first to the second generation of i30. No question; the older model is still a very fine car, but the newer one is just a lot more sophisticated, comfy and well-equipped.
The only doubt in my mind is over whether you should go for petrol or diesel. If you’re not doing very much mileage, or almost all of your mileage is in town, then go for the older petrol model – you’ll never save the difference in cost back in the price of the fuel.
Actually, one other worry – are these two cars you’re looking at priced at a similar level? If so, I’d be worried about that. If a 2011 i30 is being advertised at the same price as a 2007 model then either the seller has made a major typo or there’s potentially something wrong with the car. Likewise, if the 2007 model is as expensive as the 2011, then someone is kidding themselves about the value of their eight-year-old car…
