What kind of car is best to use. Economical , family car , easy to fix, and easy for legs. Budget max €3500?

By legs I guess you mean legroom? Best for that mix of requirements would be a Toyota Auris or Corolla (circa 2006, hugely reliable), or a Skoda Octavia (lots of space in the back).
