Unfortunately, there are no electric people carriers such as the Touran on the market so finding something with that much space is very difficult. I've owned a Touran and appreciate how versatile it is. With no limit on budget you might consider a large electric SUV to compensate, but they're very expensive and likely out of budget.

Without knowing anything more about your car, let's say you have a total of €30,000 to spend.

That's not a lot for a large used electric car. Your best bet may be one of the van-based options if you can find one. Something like the Fiat Doblo or Peugeot Rifter, etc. If you can make do with five seats - and don't need to fit three bulky child chairs in one row - then come back to us and we'll search again.
