Which engine in the Mercedes C-Class?
I was looking at a Mercrdes Benz c200 1.6 diesel AMG line and I am not sure about the 1.6 engine. Because of the very high insurance in Ireland for young drivers smaller engines are way cheaper to insure. I wanted to ask if it's a good engine or not is it better to buy the 1.6 or 2.1? Thanks

Hello Mir,
While the C200 CDI BlueTec has an OK engine, and it’s particularly good for tax reasons (given its CO2 emissions rating), if you can afford it we’d nevertheless recommend the 2.1. It’ll just be a nicer motor to live with on a daily basis.
