Any decent EV will certainly cover that mileage without too much charging up, though we'd still recommend you only buy an EV if you can install a charger at home. It keeps costs down and makes sure you're not reliant on the public charging network.

There are loads of electric options on the used market for within budget, though you've not mentioned how big a car you need/want.

For example, you could get a nearly-new Volkswagen e-up, which is a brilliant small car with an official range of about 250km, or a slightly older, but much more spacious Nissan Leaf.
