Most MPVs (the likes of the Volkswagen Touran, Renault Scenic, Toyota Verso, etc.) will have space for three car seats in the back, as will the larger SUVs. Compact SUVs, such as the Nissan Qashqai and Hyundai Tucson can be a little tighter inside, as can saloons such as the Volkswagen Passat and Ford Mondeo. They sometimes can take three car seats, but you will need to take your seats along for the test drive to check and see if they fit.
