Which Audis use a timing belt?
Which Audi A3 and TT petrol-engines between 2008-2014 have NOT a camchain ? Im reading a lot about trouble with oil-consumption and chain problem in the petrol engines. Or is it only the dieselmodells that has a timingbelt.

Hi Peter,
You're correct in that the TDI diesels all using timing belts, but there are other options. These cars' engines also have timing belts:
- 2005-2012 A3 1.6 petrol (non-turbo)
- 2005-2008 A3 2.0 FSI
- 2008-2014 TT 2.0 S
