If this is a new car and you want to service it at a main dealer then you can do so at any dealership of the brand - it does not have to be the one you bought it from. If it's a used car, then there's never usually anything forcing you to go back to the dealer that sold you the car for servicing. Try to get some recommendations from friends and family in your own area for a good independent mechanic.
