I would have thought that the UK speedo also has km/h markings on it, but if you are determined to get it changed over, you should be prepared for a good deal of expense. With such a new model, it'll not be easy to find a second-hand speedo anywhere, so you'll need to go to a main dealer. And we'd not recommend you try to change the speedo yourself, as it's a fiddly job that requires good knowledge of how the dashboard is put together.
