When do I have to replace the timing belt on my S40 151 Volvo car

The S40 was only made up to 2012, so I wonder if you meant the S60? And if so, we have to guess which engine your car has. If it's the 1.6 'D2' diesel model then the belt must be changed at least every 140,000km or 10 years - whichever comes first.
