The Grand C-Max was revised in 2011, so we'd need to know if yours is the newer model or the old. Also, you never mentioned the engine. By way of example, however, the belt in the 2011-2015 1.6 TDCi diesel engine in the Grand C-Max must be changed every 140,000km or 10 years.
