You've not mentioned the model, so I'm assuming it's the Octavia. Likewise, you didn't tell us the year, so I'm going with the Octavia II, made from 2006 to 2013. The interval is 140,000 miles according to Skoda (about 225,000km), but for cars up to mid 2010 it needs to be also at least every four years, while cars after that are fine for up to five years. Strange one that, but if in any doubt, go to your Skoda dealer with your registration number and they'll be able to give you a definitive answer.
