When to change my SEAT Ibiza 1.0's belt?
Good evening, i would like to know at how many km or after how many years i must change the timing belt on my Seat Ibiza 1.0 litre petrol engine 75 hp, year 2017. Thank you very much.

Hi Danilo,
In the up to 2017 model officially, it's supposed to be checked at 240,000km regardless of time and then every 30,000km after that until it's deemed necessary to change it by the mechanic. In the newer version (from 2017 on), the interval for checking is 300,000km or three years - whichever comes first.
We'd suggest that it would be wise to change it more frequently than those mileages.
