When should I get my timing belt changed on my 2010 Peugeot 3008 and how much will it cost?
Hi Christine,
Assuming your car has the 1.6-litre diesel engine, the recommended maximum interval between changes is 240,000km or 10 years - whichever comes first.
All garages have different labour rates so it's not possible for us to tell you how much it will cost, though please note that, along with the new timing belt, it is advised to change the water pump, tensioner and idler, which brings the price up. The job should take about three hours.

Ask us anything motoring related and please provide as much information as possible so we can give you the most accurate advice.
