When to change my oil?
How long should I leave my opel moksha x before changing the engine oil. Mine is due but I can not get it done because my garage is closed because of this virus thing.

You've not told us which engine and model year, but it doesn't matter, as it sounds like you know the oil change is due. I really wouldn't worry unduly about it, so long as you've not left it thousands of kilometres overdue. Recommended schedules are just that, and they have a 'safety factor' built in. Just make sure you check the oil level itself and ensure that it's at the right level and then get it changed as soon as you can when the restrictions lift.
