Just bought Skoda fabia 1.6 elegance 62 plate with 61000 on clock when should I consider changing cam belt

The 1.6 petrol Fabia of that age uses a timing chain, not a belt. The 1.6 diesel's belt must be changed at least every 210,000km regardless of time.
